Make sure to set up your eSIM and add a data plan before traveling. You can also print a QR code or have it on another device just in case. To install the eSIM, connect to the internet and scan the code which can be on a screen or on paper. You will be able to use the data plan right away. It’s best to set it up before your trip but don’t activate it until you reach your destination.

After you set up an eSIM on a device, it can only be used on that device. If you remove it from the device, you may not be able to use it again even if you try to scan it again. You can’t use the same QR code on two devices.
After your purchase, we will send you a QR code by email. It’s best to keep your current mobile line installed until you arrive at your destination. To set up the eSIM, scan the QR code with your compatible mobile phone, then go to Settings, Mobile data, Add mobile data plan and assign it a name. Keep your usual company’s line as the preferred line before your trip. Remember, the eSim Pro data plan won’t work until you arrive at your destination. When you do, activate data roaming or roaming on your terminal and activate the line you already set up before you left. There are setup manuals for iOS and Android and your eSIM comes with instructions. If it doesn’t connect when you reach your destination, check the APN or Access Point configuration.
If you use an Apple device, you can use both your physical SIM and eSIM at once. Use the physical SIM for calls and text messages, and the eSim Pro for data. But remember, if you leave your physical SIM on, your phone company may charge you more for calls and text messages when you’re roaming.

You don’t have to do it, but you can delete the eSIM profile once you’ve finished using it. You can find instructions on how to delete the eSIM profile on your iOS or Android device.

When you set up an eSIM on a device, you can only use it with that device. If you remove the eSIM from the device, you may not be able to use it again even if you try scanning it. It’s also important to note that you can’t use the same QR code to set up the eSIM on multiple devices.
